"I haven’t spoken to a kinder , more helpful person than Jax at this State Farm location. I had been shopping for car insurance for my 18 year old granddaughter and was very discouraged by the exorbitant prices I was finding. Jax found every available discount and got my granddaughter a reasonable premium that she is able to afford. I was so thankful that I cried! We stopped by to meet Jax in person because I wanted to introduce my granddaughter and show her who to go to if she needed help with her auto insurance. I don’t know what the future holds but right now, we are very satisfied with the service and the savings we found at BB Watkins State Farm office. Thank you again Jax!"

"I love this State Farm agency. If I have any questions I can call them. They answer with a pleasant voice, they are so caring, and the customer service alone is a 10/10. Nia and Valerie are amazing. I just spoke with BB the owner, she is also really really nice! My Mercedes they insuring me for half the price before I came with them. "I was with State Farm an e 1983 with my cars and house since 1991. My parents before me the same always State Farm. State Farm has always been very courteous, fast and helpful with any claim we ever had. I appreciate the years of service but with the current raise in prices in which I certainly understand the cost of business on your end but I had to make a financial decision based on the cost in which was double compared to the carrier I selected.
